Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at this resort was far from ideal. While the front desk staff were really accommodating and helpful, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired. The rooms had a strong damp smell and showed signs of water damage, which was quite confusing given that we were on the 18th floor. Additionally, the restaurant's prices were quite steep for what was offered, making dining there less appealing. Overall, it feels like the resort is in dire need of updates and maintenance.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The view from my room was beautiful, but the room itself had a strong damp smell and notable water damage, which made it less than comfortable. The service was okay, but I felt that the property needed some urgent attention and repairs. While the pool area and some amenities were nice, the overall state of the hotel left much to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the front desk staff was friendly and tried their best to assist us, the overall experience was marred by issues like non-working air conditioning, long elevator waits, and unfulfilled promises regarding amenities. The location is decent, but I can't say it was worth the hassle and trouble we faced during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location near the beach is a definite plus, but the rooms were quite outdated and could really use some renovations. The service varied, with some staff being helpful, while others seemed unaware of their duties. Dining options were quite disappointing, and the gym facilities were lacking. However, I did appreciate the ample outlets in the rooms for charging devices.
I spent three weeks at this hotel, and while I must commend the accommodating staff during a recent typhoon, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were in poor shape with damp floors and mold, which really affected my stay, despite the outdoor pool area being fairly clean and welcoming. Overall, it’s a functional place if you’re not planning on spending much time in the hotel itself, but you might want to explore other options in the area for a better experience.
